This blog and (linked) podcast mark a shift in my online presence: a step into more private and contained space, in which my work is reciprocated with Gift… In the future, if I continue this blog, it will be text only. You can join me on either Patreon or the Hive.blog to listen to my podcast, and to see all that I share. I will not longer be publishing a general mailing list – and will do a monthly mailout only to my Patreon and Gift supporters.
This post marks the peak of the Sovereignty Series, and is on Breath. As you will know if you’ve been listening for the past few years, my work and life, spiritual path and healing have taken me deep into unveiling the agenda and uncovering the manipulations of the ‘legal’ world… I’ve expressed a vital feminine perspective around how human life is enslaved, always in the context of how we liberate our True Nature.
In the podcast, I go deeper into what our ‘original’ wound is; the strongest and most affecting harm that is instigated through medicalised hospitalised birth, onto innocent and extremely vulnerable young living beings: the stealing of their Right breath.
The recognition of this wound is important, in that we have to feel, make sense of and to fully integrate the residue of the violence that has been done to us in our lives; the multi-levelled violation we’ve all been exposed to is centred around separating us from spirit, shocking us into the fear-tension-pain spiral downwards, and keeping us (possibly for a lifetime) bound into the familiar discomfort of a system that is very literally feeding off our energetic body. The core wound is made through a seemingly (to an unsuspecting mainstream mind) disabling of our peace-full Natural movement from the world of water into the world of earth, by the cutting of our sacred life cord to the placenta prematurely and forcing our very first breath – which should be blessed, sacred, ceremonial – to be a desperate and painful gasp for survival.
However traumatising this is, the vital step – breathing our very first breath in this incarnation under our own volition, our own power and vitality – has only superficially been ‘taken’ from us. And the Truth is, that we have access to the tools to correct this trauma, in every moment of every day of our living breathing Life; so long as we are breathing, we have access to Divine Vitality, Intelligence – thus to infinite possibility.
Breath is the most perfect symbol of the Natural Truth that our divine heritance being within our grasp at all times – and that truly nothing can interfere between us and Source without our consenting (consciously or unconsciously) to it. In other words, nothing stands between us and Source other than our own trust in Nature, and our willingness to do the Right work to maintain our spirit-full well-being.
Becoming sovereign means fully comprehending our OWN authority to breathe: our very own capacity and power to fully empty and to fully fill our lungs (in that Divine order), and to activate our bloodstream, our brain, our Vital Force and spiritual vision. Our sovereignty is held in place, as it were, by our calm, strong, steady breath, which massages our organs and keeps all our energy in movement and harmony. Our mind should not have to intervene to ‘make us’ breathe more deeply or more fully: we should naturally find our breath by being more at ease with our self and with with our innate capacity to function beautifully.
There is much written and presumed as authority around breath and breathing – and few folks talking about how we explore our OWN relationship with breath: our unique, perfect and God-gifted Right breathing for each and every moment of our Lives.
There is also little being discussed around how each of our unique patterns of breathing connect with each others’ patterns of breathing – and how the sacred geometry of air, exposure to elements, cleaning of our bodies and the atmosphere, and harmonising of our collective energetic body and well-being – can be consciously co-created through our collective breath.
There might be some info in circulation around yoga, tantra and shared breath through intimate partnership, but this has little effect in our shared conscious creating. Meanwhile, the ‘mainstream’ confusion around the ‘dangers’ of ‘exposure’, and the psychosis of believing the air to be unbreathable/ life-threateningly contaminated – leaves everyone (who lets the media tell them what to think) vulnerable to awful negative influences of self-fulfilling prophecy. Fear leads to tension which leads to pain – and ultimately this dynamic leads to chronic tension and then progressively deteriorating illness. It becomes ‘normal’ to hold one’s breath, and to tense around others, or in close proximity to others.
The psyche imprints on the body very literally, as the mind is a higher vibration than the physical body; their relationship is supposed to function harmoniously, but our cult-ure conditions us to be tyrants even within our selves. Especially with something so profoundly core and essential as the breath – and particularly where there is significant locked-in trauma keeping vital parts of us numb, in tension and in chaos. A lot of folks, at least where I live, are still using a semi-permanent mask over their mouth and nose when around others (even when alone in cars or walking), and are habituated to avoid physical contact. This has immense negative consequences for all involved, which probably don’t have to be elaborated on here.
But what this is doing to our sacred breath, our ability to inform ourselves, to connect with and share with each other, to create and co-create harmony and vitality – is very wrong. Mental health, spiritual vision, and our very sovereignty is most violently challenged by our having been pulled into such a state of tension that we believe it dangerous to breath in the most essential ingredient of our Life: fresh air.
It takes a strong spirit to stand rooted and calm in such a context – with daily reminders that some of us are being manipulated and terrorised within our very own bodies; brainwashed to feel threatened simply by an others’ living presence.
To maintain a strong spirit in this distopia, we have to be breathing deeply, freely, wisely. Our body and biology need to be aligned with our mind and emotions, and working in symbiosis, for us to both immunise against the pervading psychosis, and to thrive despite being consistently exposed to toxic influences.
Our breathing will always inform us very directly around how well we’re doing in the face of the dystopia: where are we holding things in or refusing to breathe in new life or information? Where are we not taking the opportunity to let go of what needs to be released, as we breathe out? What is the mind repetitively presenting as we breathe out? How does our torso feel as we breathe more expansively? Are we breathing into the fullness of our body – and beyond it? Is our breath harmonised with our words – do we leave space to breathe before responding to others, or are we reacting in tension? Do we recognise our power to change and to affect the world around us, through our breathing Rightly? Or do we rest back into the familiar discomfort of the mainstream, whenever we lose conscious focus?
What happens when we align co-creative thought with each breath? Or instead of criticising/ labelling/ seeking or presuming problems with our physical being or with others – what if we Trusted completely in our capacity to heal, to find solution, to be in harmony with all things? What does it feel like to affirm and feel our Divine Co-Creative vitality, as we take each new delicious breath? And what does it feel like to Gift the Universe our breath, our energy, our Right action and our symbiotic relationship?
Perhaps the beauty of being so increasingly roused into tension-conflict around the breath – the very source of our Life – will take us to a point where it will be impossible not to recognise the psychosis of our separation… In my healing and expansion, just witnessing any symptom/ pain/ tension is the first step to moving and expressing it. Which in turn can lead us to a new, more consciously co-created, harmonious reality. It is not hard, it is not painful, and it is certainly not impossible: breathing is ours to use as the potent vehicle into Divine Alignment that is was always Gifted to us as.
All that exists on this ‘planet’ which appears to be contrary to the Universal Law of Co-Creation and Divine Harmony, can be overcome by a relatively superficial solution – our conscious breathing. Any agenda against our health, wealth and happiness is by definition obligated to expend enormous forces of effort and resources to keep us distracted and in contraction. All agendas are full of folks at every level living a half-life and feeling – on some level – the wrongness of their actions and lifestyle. Evil is bland, repetitive and profoundly unsatisfying.
Anything conspiring against Natural Law has NO REAL POWER in relation to our own, inalienable sovereign power of vitality and embodied knowing of what is Right… which comes simply, freely, in bliss – through our breath.
Blessings on your free, expansive, vitality-filled breath,
