The Arthouse
My magical Arthouse is sitting quietly in the medieval quarter of
Guardia Sanframondi, looking out onto the epic panorama of the
Sannio valley, awaiting her new owner...
My calling to this house was a particular one. When it happened I had a clear negative mantra in the front of my mind, about why I couldn't buy my own home. It was a complex denial of my creative power and my capacity to manifest – you know, that potent ability to step forward into the unknown, and land in the dream that we hold in our heart?

I suspended my disbelief for a moment, asked the Universe to guide me - and against all odds, the house came to me, becoming the container for my healing and spiritual awakening, over the next decade and a half.
I welcome you to step into this dream.
It's time for my house to move to a new dreamer, so that they can fulfil their right livelihood and creative unfolding too! The house will be heavenly for someone who would LOVE the following:
- peace and quiet, natural ambient sound like birdsong and the nearby waterfall
- a pedestrian street with a walk in from the carparks at the edge of the old town, a couple of minutes away
- an off-grid or partially off-grid lifestyle; the house has several aspects which make it ideal for adaptation off the mains electricity, and I was using a small powerbank and portable panels to power it until recently
- natural airconditioning for summer and a fabulous woodburning stove for winter
- a lemon tree and small miniature street garden
- a powerful creative atmosphere, as it has been used as a prolific art studio and residency space for the past 15 years.
- huge potential as a business and/ or creative venture, with a shop/ botega space on the lower via, which is used regularly for pop-up expos and events
- potential to be split up into 2 or even 3 separate mini-apartments
The house is a quirky mix of historical details, arches, ancient tiles, marble steps, balconies and possibilities.
It sits on two floors and two half floors, and has two main entrances - on the top and the lower (pedestrian) streets. It has a chimney, basic plumbing and electrical wiring, and it will be sold with furniture and some modern appliances - plus additional art, fabrics and special things, according to your wants and needs.
